Saturday on National Street

We've enjoyed a full, but relaxing, Saturday on National Street.  What have we been up to, you wonder?  We weeded the gardens, placed landscaping fabric over the peppers, installed a rack for the water hose, cut the grass, caulked some carpenter bee holes in our porch (see photo of MB, happily sealing those bees into their nests), hung the new lanterns (see photo of Ned), bought some camellia bushes for the front yard, dug out all the monkey grass in the front gardens, planted impatiens around the front tree, created a pansy bed by the front porch windows, and even grilled out hamburgers for dinner.
