Our garden has a lot of green beans. But they grow so big, so fast,
that it's hard to pick them whe they're tender. In fact, even the
little ones aren't very tender. But with a bit of advice from Kentucky
native Melissa Hall (boil the hell out of 'em) I made a respectable
first batch tonight. Now, if Ned would just come home from work to
enjoy them with me.
