I'm in Louisiana to do interviews for SFA. Before my first appointment, I've found an antique shop that sells gumbo. And grease tins. I'm sure to leave with a souvenir.
I bought grease. I may go back for cookies and coffee just because I like the combination, though. And there are three others on other shelves -- flour, sugar, and tea. I could have spent a year's salary on cake takers and knick knacks in there. Plus, the gumbo was really good.
