Ned's coworker, Andy, held a gathering this evening at his house to celebrate his recent retirement. The kids were sports and agreed to tag along since Mary Beth was still on the road from her work trip to Nashville. The closest thing to kid-friendly that Andy could come up with was this cool bowl from Nepal that vibrates and makes a cool humming sound when the wooden baton is run around the rim. The kids were more impressed with the potato chips on the snack table, but we still had a nice time. Congrats to Andy!
