I understood "open the door" early on. What's the story?
Not sure on that story, but the other night he blurted out "E-I-E-I-O...and on that farm he had some chickens!" MB and I were speechless!
The book is MOLE MUSIC, by David McPhail. We've had it on the bookshelf since his baby shower (!), but I recently shuffled around some books and he rediscovered it.
