Night in the ER with David

He tripped in his room (we're still not sure how) and bit his tongue pretty badly. We went to the ER (bc, naturally, this happened after Urgent Care hours). He received pain meds and an Rx for antibiotics, and tomorrow MB will go shopping for smooth, soft, and cold foods. Yogurt, ice cream, pudding, and popsicles are on his menu the next few days. This may be the most "fun" injury he's ever had. For his parents, though, it was traumatic.

We really have no news worth sharing this week; most of us have just been sick, sick, sick. Beach memories are more interesting.
