Flashback: visit from Uncle Don

Granddaddy and Uncle Don paid us a visit one afternoon this past week. A fun time was had by all, though little Maggie kept trying to hide from the camera. We're pretty sure this makes Uncle Don the first non-grandparent to hold all four Mitchell chirren, since he and Aunt Mary Sue visited the other three when they were each born at UMC.

The kids took advantage. The obstacle course from the day before was still setup, so John and Mary Claire showed David the ropes. He was very brave and completed the two-line bridge crossing all by himself.
